Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
As we operate by appointment only, your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not cancel or reschedule in a timely manner, we are unable to offer that time to other clients, which impacts our availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 30% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Failure to notify us prior to your appointment or failure to show up will also result in a 30% charge. This fee must be settled before booking any future services.
